UHMWPE Composite Pipe

Composite pipe is made of UHMWPE pipe and steel pipe according to special process. Its inner layer is UHMWPE pipe. As a kind of excellent wear resistant and impact resistant material, UHMWPE pipe contact industry materials directly. Its outer layer is steel pipe (or welded pipe spiral pipe sealmless pipe etc.) which works as the pressure resistant protective layer. This constructation realizes mutual compensation of advantages. UHMWPE composite pipe remains all the virtues of UHMWPE pipe and develops it's new advantage as follows:

1. Very high pressure resistance: the pressure that composite pipe can bear reach to 8mpa. So the pipeline can meet the applied demand of higher pressure resistance in mor serious situation, such as filling in mine, crude oil transportation, tailing transportation.

 2. Withstanding higher temperature: with the protecture of steel, the composited pipe overcomes deformation which UHMWPE pipe appeals in high temperature, and raises the withstanding temperature to 100°Caround.

3. Very high endurance:UHMWPE composite pipe overcomes ordinary plastic pipe owned many defects such as lower endurance, easy bending or flagging. It will be more beautiful as the workshop process pipeline or the outdoor overheard pipe.
